This is a home based business located in South Jersey, USA. Having lived in the West for a generation, one of the things that was lacking was
fresh, cleaned and good customer service within the community that sells or caters for our ethnic foods. Fortunately for the love that I have
for the outdoors and respect for customers and the lack of a decent ambiance associated with most ethnic businesses, backed by my years of
business experience, the need for a better service for ethnic items was very eminent.
We plant in the summer months April to September and all remaining harvested product are per-packaged in vacuum seal bags and will
remain fresh as long as its frozen and bags are not torn. Primarily, our main focus is Fresh Cleaned food items including edible leaves,
smoked fish and chicken. Our prices are not in par with others as we cater to customers with preferences to quality and not quantity. We dare
to stand apart from all other Ethnic Markets with satisfaction guaranteed. As we all know, African/ Caribbean food products are sold locally
and via the web. The quality varies, as our products are home grown and are not shipped and take weeks, sometime months before the clear
custom or inspections.
Over the years we have perfected the skills to grow most West African food crops locally during the summer months right here in the US and
they taste just as good with no fertilizers or chemicals added (all organic). Our fishes are caught mainly in the eastern shore of USA and the
chicken are bought directly from the slaughter houses, so you see all are product are fresh. Also because most items are vacuum sealed they
are guaranteed to taste fresh and arrive very clean.
